Marketing Director of Marketing & Sales
Job Description
We need a creative, highly self-directed, results-oriented marketing professional to assume responsibility in establishing AllEarth Renwables as a leader in the renewable energy market. This person will be responsible for:
- Designing, executing, monitoring and continually improving a dynamic marketing plan
- Strategic sales planning, execution and achievement
- Creating significant revenue growth with existing and new products
- Opening new markets according to plan, with an initial focus on and experience in NE / East Coast solar markets.
- Building and adapting the systems necessary to keep pace with sales and account growth
- Maintaining an awareness of ever-changing marketplace trends and intelligence
- Analyzing and assessing current / future market potential for residential, small business, and large commercial projects
- Creative messaging and marketing campaigns
- Developing technical manuals and training materials for dealers and installers
- Providing product feedback by collaborating internally with Engineering R&D
- Developing and maintaining an outstanding customer service program

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of both business-to-business and end user marketing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, contagious enthusiasm for renewable energy, particularly strong attention to details, superior people skills and a strong desire to take ownership and drive this business to success are all necessary to be successful in this role. Must also have a high level of positive energy and live the values.
We require a Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or Engineering; at least 10 years experience in a senior-level sales / marketing position; and extensive, successful experience in developing new channels and markets. Some travel will be required along with the ability to work a demanding and flexible schedule.
